A members-only episode of India’s Got Latent featured a moment when Samay Raina referred to his Kashmiri roots. The exchange began after contestant Vanika Raikta, during a chat with the panel comprising Raghav Juyal, Munawar Faruqui, Niharika NM, Rohan Joshi and Samay Raina, was asked whether she came from a wealthy family. Vanika said that her family owns apple orchards in Shimla. She added that although her brother had sold a portion of the land, they still owned several orchards, while both her parents worked as teachers in government schools.

Even though Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim have been married for right years now, their relationship is often questioned with many alleging that the actress converted to Islam only to marry Ibrahim. However, Dipika’s Sasural Simar Ka co-star Jayati Bhatia has revealed that it was never the case.
