Harry Styles has released his first single in nearly three years, titled Aperture, which also serves as the lead track from his upcoming fourth album, Kiss All the Time: Disco, Occasionally. A dance-driven love song, Aperture has already set Stylers buzzing and on their feet.
The Sign of the Times hitmaker previewed the track at New York’s Rough Trade record store on January 21. Produced by Kid Harpoon, Kiss All the Time: Disco, Occasionally will feature 12 new tracks.
Harry Styles Drops Aperture
Harry Styles fans have been eagerly awaiting the pop star’s return since the release of Harry’s House in 2022. With Aperture now out, excitement among listeners has been hard to contain. The song reflects on the carefully managed public image of an artist.
“It’s best you know, What you don’t, Aperture lets the light in,” Harry sings on the track. With conviction, he also refers to the possibility of a romantic relationship in the song.
“We belong together, It finally appears it’s only love,” he sings. Casually, he also touches on the conflict between love and time. “I won’t stray from it, I don’t know these spaces, Time won’t wait on me, I wanna know what safe is,” he adds.
